Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Your Dream Employee.ai ("we", "us", or "our"), including our free Google Local Services Ads ("Google LSA") setup service and our 24/7 AI Voice Receptionist (the "AI Receptionist"), together the "Services". By requesting, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
We are a UK-based business trading as Your Dream Employee.ai. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the company will be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Business" means you, the tradesperson, company, or professional practice requesting our Services.
- "Google LSA" means Google Local Services Ads, including the Google Guaranteed and Google Screened programmes.
- "AI Receptionist" means our AI-powered voice assistant that answers, qualifies, and books inbound calls on your behalf.
- "Google" means Google LLC, a separate third party that operates the Local Services Ads platform.
3. Our Services & The Free Setup Offer
We provide a one-time setup package, ordinarily valued at £500, at no charge to qualifying UK Businesses. The package typically includes: LSA account registration, badge verification guidance, licence and insurance document submission support, service-area and postcode mapping, job-category and keyword tuning, budget and bidding strategy setup, AI Receptionist phone-number routing, inbound-call qualification flow, and dispute assistance, as further described on our website.
The free setup is provided on a "best endeavours" basis. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, lead volume, or that Google will approve your badge or verify your Business, as these are decisions made by Google.
4. Your Eligibility & Responsibilities
You confirm and warrant that:
- you are authorised to act for the Business and to accept these Terms on its behalf;
- all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading;
- you hold all licences, insurance, certifications, and registrations required to operate lawfully in your trade and region; and
- you will comply with Google's eligibility requirements and with all applicable law, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008.
You are responsible for maintaining your own Google account and payment method, setting your weekly budget, and for the quality, safety, and legality of the work you perform for customers.
5. Google Local Services Ads — Third-Party Terms
Google LSA is operated and controlled by Google under its own terms, policies, and eligibility criteria, which may change at any time without notice. We are not Google and are not responsible for Google's platform, pricing, approval or verification decisions, suspension or termination of your account, or changes to its programmes. Your use of Google LSA is subject to Google's separate terms, which you should read and comply with independently of us.
6. The AI Receptionist
The AI Receptionist answers inbound calls routed to it, qualifies callers, and books appointments onto your calendar. You are responsible for ensuring that the information the AI provides about your services, pricing, availability, and service areas is accurate and up to date, and for reviewing and confirming each booking before attending. We do not guarantee that the AI will never make an error, and we are not liable for the consequences of a caller misrepresenting themselves or for appointments that are subsequently changed or cancelled.
Call recordings or transcripts may be generated using automated systems. You remain responsible for complying with your legal obligations regarding call recording and customer consent under applicable UK law.
7. Charges & Payment
Our setup is provided free of charge. The only ongoing charges associated with running a Google LSA campaign are billed by Google directly to you, on a per-qualified-call basis according to Google's then-current pricing and the weekly budget you set. We do not collect, handle, hold, or remit any payment for Google's charges. If you engage us for any additional paid services beyond the free setup, those services will be governed by a separate written agreement.
8. Refunds & Disputes
Because our setup is provided free of charge, no refund of our fees is applicable. If Google charges you for a call you believe was invalid (for example, a wrong number, spam or automated call, or a call outside your service area), we will assist you in disputing that charge through Google's own dispute process. Any refund of Google's charges is subject to Google's policies and is at Google's sole discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials we create or provide remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials solely in connection with the Services. You retain ownership of your Business name, logos, and the information you provide to us.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We handle information you share with us confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Statement. You agree to handle any customer information we expose to you (such as call recordings or booking details) in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and to provide any privacy notices and consents required of you as a data controller.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, business, contracts, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: inaccurate or misleading information you provided; your breach of these Terms; your breach of Google's terms; or your non-compliance with applicable law.
13. Term & Termination
These Terms take effect from the date you request our Services. You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or cease providing the free setup if you breach these Terms, or if we can no longer reasonably support the Services (for example, if Google discontinues the Google LSA programme in your area or category).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, except that, where you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you live.
